• Damage During Shipping
  Any parts damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge.

• Support During Assembly
  If parts are accidentally damaged or broken during assembly, we will generally provide replacement parts free of charge, subject to availability.

To help us assist you, we may ask you to provide photos showing the damaged parts and the situation.
